You call Tim Berners-Lee Swiss. He's British (though he was working in Switzerland at CERN at the time he started the World Wide Web).

Thanks for posting your prepared testimony. I listened in to the webcast and recall that you departed from your written remarks and delivered an impassioned spontaneous address. Has your spoken testimony been transcribed?

lessig, you are being quite concilatory here. Why do you think providers should be able to discrimate in commercial setting. Lack of bandwidth for video apps? are you kidding? Why don't they just use UDP multicast routing that was designing into IP from the start? Fiber is super cheap. we don't live in the copper world anymore. don't believe the hype lessig, and maybe try talking to some technical people for a change.

Good luck citing french regulatory example before US public :).

Dr. Lessig is my hero!

Your work on intellectual property rights is cited in my 2005 MS capstone project.
Now, I am engaged in a philosophy requirement for my doctoral pursuit.
My portion on politics from a postmodern standpoint will be contributed in a few hours.

What are your views about politics and technology in the postmoderm paradigm?

Thank you for any answer you care to give. Bye!
