Doug Lichtman, a professor of law at UCLA, has a new IP-related podcast, The IP Colloquium. The first show is a fantastic interview with the EFF's Fred von Lohmann (and CLE credit is available!).

This isn't really a podcast, there's no feed. There's an annoying "Give us your email address and we'll tell you when the next show is coming up"
Maybe the show is great, but why doesn't this fancy site have a simple podcast (ie RSS) feed?
