Actually, this past March I went to London with my husband who was attending the SCMS (Society for Cinema and Media Studies) Conference and there was a seminar on Fair Use of Copyright as it deals with documentarians. The speakers with from American University, both the film school and the law school. They were in the process of drawing up detailed guidelines for PBS and the like to use. If anyone is interested I could forward the information I obtained when I crashed that portion of the conference.
